So I’ve set up my URL (permalink) structure in Jekyll (permalink: /blog/:year/:month/:title for those interested), and I’ve got my LaTex CV sorted out. I figured now might be a good time to investigate the world of blogging that I’ve heard so much about.

I hope for this to be a development blog. Software development that is. Don’t worry - this won’t be just a list of personal rantings and ravings. But it may involve one or more (maybe I should define this content as a regex) personal opinions.

So, lets see how this goes.
